Questions and answers

Do my friends need the app?

No. One person keeps score; the others are guests with just a name. They can open the results by link in any browser, Android included.

Which Apple Watch works with Revancha?

Any Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later. Double Tap (point for us) needs Series 9 or later, Ultra 2 or later, or SE 3 — on other models you tap the screen. No watch? The iPhone scoreboard works on its own.

Which scoring rules are supported?

Advantage, golden point and Star Point at deuce, a tie-break at 6–6, one or three sets, and a super tie-break to 10 instead of the third set if you like.

How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?

Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought Pro with, then open Revancha › Settings › Restore purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Revancha Pro › Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period or free trial ends; Pro stays active until then. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, so there’s nothing to cancel.

How do I get a refund?

App Store purchases are paid to Apple, so Apple decides on refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose “Request a refund” and select Revancha. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.

Where is my data, and how do I delete it?

Your matches, players and settings are stored on your iPhone, and the match in progress on your Apple Watch too. There’s no account: deleting the app deletes this data. Usage analytics and crash reports can be switched off in Revancha › Settings › Privacy. To access or delete the analytics or purchase data linked to your installation, write to support@revancha.app.
